Our Roti
What size is your roti?
Our roti is approximately 7 inches in diameter
Who long will your roti last?
Our roti will stay fresh for about 7 to 10 days after you receive them.
Can I special order (or modify) roti?
Because we make roti in large batches, we cannot make any changes to our roti. We cannot add or subtract any ingredients or make our roti larger or smaller.
How should I store my roti?
Our roti should be refrigerated upon delivery. While you can store the in the plastic bags we use for packaging, we recommend removing the roti from the plastic bag and wrapping them with aluminum foil and placing them inside a zip lock bag.
Can your roti be frozen?
Yes. Follow the same instructions above (How should I store my roti?).
How do I reheat my roti?
We receomend reheating our roti in a microwave. Loosely wrap the roti in a cloth (to keep in moisture) and place in a microwave.
You can also use a tava or open flame to reheat our roti
How can I be sure your roti has not been in contact with other food?
We own our own production facility and no other food items are ever made there. We specialize in making roti and that's all we do.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We send orders to the contiguous 48 states. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any US territories. Canada is not within our shipping coverage.
How long will it take to get my order?
Our roti is made each morning and dispatched the same afternoon.
- For Georgia, most of Alabama, southern parts of South Carolina and northern parts of Florida, orders are shipped Tuesday thru Thursday and delivered the next day.
- Customers on the west coast and a few other areas not within 2-day UPS ground service from Georgia will be upgraded to 2nd Day Air at no additional cost if the order is between 35 and 100 roti. These orders are shipped Tuesday through Thursday.
- For all other areas, orders are shipped Tuesdays and Wednesdays and will be delivered within 2 days.
Place your order anytime. We always make your roti the day it is scheduled to ship.
We guarantee your order will arrive in perfect condition, fully cooked and ready to serve.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We exclusively use UPS.

Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
